Rosana Khan is the founder, owner, and operator of Separation and Divorce Consulting in Victoria, British Columbia.
Rosana had first hand experience managing her own high conflict divorce in 2001, ultimately being self-represented and obtaining full, primary parenting of her two small children.
Rosana returned to school in 2004 to obtain a degree in Child and Youth Care with a specialization in Child Protection and a minor in Women’s First Nations Studies. Rosana graduated in 2007 with distinction.
Rosana has 15 years experience working with children, youth, and families in her career as a Social Worker with the Ministry of Children and Family Development. During her career, Rosana has received training in Domestic Violence, Domestic Violence by Proxy, Trauma Informed Practice, Stepwise Interviewing, Problematic Substance Misuse and Polysubstance Abuse, Truth and Reconciliation, Co-parenting and Parallel Parenting, Documenting as a Witness, Assessing Child Safety, Suicide Intervention and Prevention, and Professional Conduct Training.
Recently, Rosana has been actively involved in high conflict divorces as a strategy partner with the most recent case spanning over 3 years and concluding successfully in early 2023. These cases inspired Rosana to further her education as a Divorce Consultant, specializing in high conflict cases and opening her private practice to assist others experiencing complications in their divorce process and teaching others how to manage their own high conflict circumstances.
Rosana is a powerful strategy partner who works effectively alongside your legal team, therapist or counselor, other members of your team, and your support network.
Rosana obtained her Divorce Coach Certificate at the International Association of Professions Career College – Calgary, Alberta.
Rosana went on to pursue her High Conflict Divorce Consultant certification with Tina Swithin, creator and founder of One Mom’s Battle – located in San Luis Obispo, California.
Our vision at Separation and Divorce Consulting is to help those who are overwhelmed with their emotions, confused by the family court system, and trying to find their footing on their new path.
